For appointments lasting less than two hours, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. For appointments lasting 2 hours or more, we require 48 hours’ notice. Multiple late cancellations may result in a no-show on your client record.
Failing to attend an appointment will result in a no-show. After your second no-show, we require a non-refundable 50% down payment at the time of scheduling your next service. After three no-shows, we require your next appointment to be paid in full at the time of scheduling.
If you think you will arrive late to your appointment, please call us! We understand that life happens, and we do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, this is not always possible, and we may need to reschedule part or all of your service.
Due to high demand, we require a $50 down payment at the time of scheduling eyelash extension services. This is non-refundable if you no-show, cancel, or reschedule without 48 hours’ notice.
We require seven days' notice to cancel or alter hair extension appointments, or your deposit will be forfeited. You must then schedule a new appointment and make another deposit.
We only accept product returns within 30 days of the original purchase, and they must be accompanied by a store receipt. Regularly priced clothing items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date with a receipt. Items must have tags attached and not be damaged worn or washed. Some items are final sale only.
