Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, as they are reserved specifically for you. We understand that personal things come up and adjustments may be necessary but cancellations within 24 hours are difficult to fill, which is why we have implemented this policy. When last minute notices are given, you are preventing other clients from being able to fit in to that time slot. Multiple occurrences may result as a "no-show". 

We Require At Least:

  • 24-hour's notice for appointments under 2 hours in duration
  • 48-hour's notice for appointments within a duration of 2 hours or more

GiGi's Non-Cancellation Policy (No-Shows)

When an appointment is scheduled and you do not show up, you are automatically marked as a "no-show" in our computer. After your second no-show, we require a 50% deposit down on your service that you are scheduled for that will be applied to your service unless you do not show up. In which case, its non-refundable. After three no-shows, we will require your next appointment to be prepaid in its entirety before scheduling an appointment.

GiGi's Late Guest Policy

We understand that life happens. If for any reason you believe you will be arriving late to your appointment, PLEASE call us! We work hard to schedule the necessary time needed for each servic

e. Accommodating late arrivals is sometimes impossible to do without disrupting other client's schedules that day. Please be aware that if you do arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your full service will be performed that day. In some cases, tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

GiGi's Eyelash Extension Policy

Due to the high demand in eyelash extensions at GiGi's, we require a $50.00 deposit down that will be applied to your lash service. If you no-show, cancel, or reschedule without a 48-hour notice, that $50.00 is non-refundable. 

Hair Extension Policy

Any cancellations or changes in an appointment must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise deposit will be forfeited. You must then make a new appointment and another deposit will be required. 

Returns

All product returns must be accompanied by a store receipt. Product returns will only be accepted within 30 days of original purchase.

Prices and services are subject to change at any time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Personal checks. 

Returned Checks

There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
